Outdoor hardstanding
The 76-acre site includes approximately 30 acres of hardstanding. Discuss space for vehicles, plant, equipment, materials or other commercial storage requirements. Allocations and permitted activities are agreed individually, subject to availability and suitability.
Yard space by the acre
Businesses with larger requirements can enquire about yard space by the acre. Explain how you intend to use the space, what you need to store and your delivery and access requirements so we can discuss an appropriate area.
Indoor buildings
The site includes a high-bay building of approximately 17,000 sq ft and former missile storage structures, alongside smaller ancillary buildings. Enquire about individual units and their suitability for your storage requirements.

Indoor space is subject to current availability. Please provide dimensions and any particular environmental, power or access requirements when enquiring.
We welcome enquiries for space to store pallets, commercial stock and equipment. Tell us whether you require covered storage or outdoor space, how goods will arrive and what handling arrangements you need. Any additional services must be confirmed as part of the quotation.

Access and operations
The site is fenced and gated, with daily access for approved users under agreed arrangements. Please discuss delivery vehicles, loading needs and the frequency of movements before committing to a space.
